Type specimen: USNM 69614, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is East Alkali Gulch head, south of De Beque, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large shale in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at East Alkali Gulch head, south of De Beque
