Type specimen: LEM 10945, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (Lyman Museum collection), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (Lyman Museum collection)
