Type specimen: IPS46238, a mandible (Left mandible fragment with complete lower canine, alveolus for P2, and complete P3 and P4). Its type locality is Mazaterón, which is in a Bartonian lacustrine marl/sandstone in the Mazaterón Formation of Spain.
Ecology: arboreal omnivore
Distribution: found only at Mazaterón
