Type specimen: USNM 248912. Its type locality is USGS M2359, spur between Star and Bloody Canyons, which is in a Bithynian marine limestone/siltstone in the Prida Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
