Type specimen: QM F29662, a partial skull (Almost complete skull). Its type locality is Tingamarra Local Fauna - Boat Mountain deposit, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine claystone/sandstone in Australia.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Tingamarra Local Fauna - Boat Mountain deposit
