Type specimen: UFRJ DG 408-R, a partial skeleton (Partial skull, mandible and 5 cervical vertebrae). Its type locality is Buriti Farm, Itapecuru-Mirim (palaeosol 1), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian alluvial fan sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: planktonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Buriti Farm, Itapecuru-Mirim (palaeosol 1)
