Type specimen: NIGP 154879. Its type locality is Khao Kaeo Noi, Kanchanaburi (Phap Pha Fm), which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Phap Pha Formation of Thailand.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Khao Kaeo Noi, Kanchanaburi (Phap Pha Fm)
