Type specimen: SPV-FHC No 6-XI-66-156, a mandible. Its type locality is Barrancas de Monte Hermoso, which is in a Montehermosan terrestrial horizon in the Monte Hermoso Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: scansorial carnivore

Distribution: found only at Barrancas de Monte Hermoso
