Sister taxon: Silenis acuta
Type specimen: P 1549/Ko 1980 I-650. Its type locality is Nagyvisnyo 4 borehole, Mihalovits quarry, sample Nv 4/24, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Nagyvisnyo Formation of Hungary.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-grazer
Distribution: found only at Nagyvisnyo 4 borehole, Mihalovits quarry, sample Nv 4/24
