Type specimen: CGH M 329, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Rakovník (Rakonitz, Prague collection), which is in a Moscovian terrestrial shale/coal in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.

Distribution: found only at Rakovník (Rakonitz, Prague collection)
