Type specimen: CGH Me 50, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Nýřany (Insect Collection), which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine siliciclastic in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Nýřany (Insect Collection)
