Sister taxa: Xysticus annulipes, Xysticus oeningensis
Type specimen: CNC 12016, an other (left cymbium and palpal organ). Its type locality is Lava camp mine, which is in a Messinian dry floodplain sandstone/peat in the Imuruk Volcanics Formation of Alaska.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Lava camp mine
