Sister taxon: Orthildaites douvillei
Type specimen: NHMELU 263.2011. Its type locality is Kis-Gerecse Quarry, Gerecse Mts, bed No. 102, which is in a Falciferum basinal (carbonate) marl in the Kisgerecse Formation of Hungary.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 78.6
Distribution:
• Jurassic of Hungary (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
