Type specimen: BMNH PM1142A, a skeleton (Partial skull and most of the postcrania). Its type locality is Daxigou, which is in an Oxfordian terrestrial shale in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.
Ecology: arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at Daxigou
