Type specimen: PIN 3063/613, a nymph. Its type locality is Daya locality, outcrop 66/4 (PIN collection 3063), which is in a Tithonian terrestrial horizon in the Glushkovo Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: volant detritivore-omnivore
Distribution: found only at Daya locality, outcrop 66/4 (PIN collection 3063)
