Sister taxa: Permopsylla americana, Permopsylla anomala, Permopsylla grandis, Permopsylla kuznetskiensis, Permopsylla minuta, Permopsylla permiana
Type specimen: PIN 1846/117, a wing. Its type locality is Letopala River (PIN collection 117), which is in a Roadian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Iva-Gora Beds Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Letopala River (PIN collection 117)
