Type specimen: MMHF3-00076. Its type locality is Kanagasako, Tsubuta, Sanyoonoda-shi, which is in a Julian coastal shale in the Nakatsuka Formation of Japan.
Ecology: epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Kanagasako, Tsubuta, Sanyoonoda-shi
