Type specimen: MAS Pal 588, a nymph. Its type locality is Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Zweibänke" (Museum am Schölerberg coll), which is in a Westphalian C/Westphalian D lacustrine deltaic claystone in the Flöz Zweibänke Formation of Germany.

Distribution: found only at Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Zweibänke" (Museum am Schölerberg coll)
