Type specimen: FMNH PR 2716, a set of postcrania (partial postcranial skeleton of immature individual including portions of the axial column, pelvic girdle and hind limb). Its type locality is Lindsay's Site, which is in a Cenomanian estuary/bay mudstone in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Lindsay's Site
