Type specimen: MHNA-PV-2011.12.1 to 12.5, a partial skeleton (basicranium & R postorbital; L squamosal, tooth; anterior caudal; R tibia; R fibula). Its type locality is A8 motorway, Pourrières, which is in a Campanian coarse channel fill sandstone in the Argiles rutilantes Formation of France.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at A8 motorway, Pourrières
