Type specimen: CNU-COL-NN2011103, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2011 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Jiulongshan Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Daohugou (CNU 2011 collection)
