Type specimen: NIGP 133704, a tegmen. Its type locality is Ma'ao, Jiyuan County, which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Ma'ao Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Ma'ao, Jiyuan County
