Type specimen: QMF 9132, a set of vertebrae (a single mid-trunk vertebra). Its type locality is Bluff Downs station, Main Quarry, which is in a Zanclean fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Allingham Formation of Australia.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution:

• Pliocene of Australia (4 collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
