Type specimen: Dresdener Museum, an exoskeleton (whole female). Its type locality is Eichstätt, Solnhofen (SNSD Dresden collection), which is in a Tithonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Solnhofen Formation of Germany.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Eichstätt, Solnhofen (SNSD Dresden collection)
