Type specimen: John Alley collection RR 6-390, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Ruby River Site 6, which is in a Whitneyan lacustrine - large shale in the Renova Formation of Montana.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Ruby River Site 6
