Sister taxon: Askepasma saproconcha
Type specimen: Its type locality is NT 600. Todd River, 50 km south, 20 km East of Alice Springs, which is in an Atdabanian/Botomian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Todd River Dolomite Formation of Australia.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Cambrian of Australia (8 collections)
Total: 8 collections each including a single occurrence
