Type specimen: RRBP 08630, a partial skull (partial skull including the cranial table, braincase, and interorbital region but lacking the rostrum, anterior palate, lacrimals, jugals, quadratojugals, and m). Its type locality is Namba 2, which is in a Cenomanian/Campanian fluvial sandstone in the Galula Formation of Tanzania.
