Type specimen: LPRP/USP 0229a, a skeleton (Articulated, nearly complete skeleton). Its type locality is Buruti creek area, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Buruti creek area
