Type specimen: MPVR R St B 250, a forewing. Its type locality is Montagne d'Andance, Saint-Bauzile, Privas (Riou collection), which is in a Turolian crater lake diatomite in France.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Montagne d'Andance, Saint-Bauzile, Privas (Riou collection)
