Type specimen: IVPP V336, a mandible. Its type locality is Jiulaopo (locality 63710 = 59 S 3), Xiehu, Lantian, Shaanxi, which is in the Turolian of horizon the Lantian Formation China.
Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore
Distribution: found only at Jiulaopo (locality 63710 = 59 S 3), Xiehu, Lantian, Shaanxi
