Type specimen: DZP-18828, a shell. Its type locality is Baitaca, Teixeira Soares region (Baitaca siltstone), which is in a Sakmarian transition zone/lower shoreface siltstone in the Taciba Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: facultatively mobile deep infaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Baitaca, Teixeira Soares region (Baitaca siltstone)
