Type specimen: XMDFEC V0013, a partial skull (an incomplete, disarticulated cranium, including the nearly complete right maxilla, as well as the partial right jugal and dentary). Its type locality is Zhoujiagou Village (Unit 2), which is in a Santonian terrestrial horizon in the Majiacun Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Zhoujiagou Village (Unit 2)
