Type specimen: EWl/127, a test. Its type locality is Wierzbica, which is in a Kimmeridgian marine limestone in the Mt. Lysa Formation of Poland.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer-deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Wierzbica
