Type specimen: NWMNH 25025, a shell. Its type locality is Graylock section, P. morganense assemblage, which is in an Angulata marine limestone in the Graylock Formation of Oregon.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Jurassic of Canada (6: British Columbia collections), United States (2: Oregon)

Total: 8 collections each including a single occurrence
