Sister taxon: Juralina bauhini
Type specimen: BM BB 76547 (Whitaker Collection). Its type locality is Ecru, Essaouira, Whitaker Collection, which is in a Barremian deep subtidal shelf marl/limestone in Morocco.
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Morocco (4 collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
