Type specimen: NMW 2005.32G.135 (articulated exoskeleton, external mould). Its type locality is 203a. Karugach Section. East side of Ayaguz River, about 7 km north of Akchii, which is in a Katian carbonate sandstone/siltstone in the Karagach Formation of Kazakhstan.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
