Type specimen: GSC 131794. Its type locality is section S-2, 45 km west of Dal Lake, Mackenzie Mountains, which is in a Katian carbonate limestone in the Whittaker Formation of Canada.

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Canada (2: Northwest Territories, Yukon collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
