Type specimen: ROM 57734. Its type locality is AK2c, shoreline outcrop on the north side of Akimiski Island, which is in a Telychian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Attawapiskat Formation of Canada.

Distribution:

• Silurian of Canada (6: Nunavut collections)

Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
