Sister taxon: Rasenia (Rasenioides) lepidula
Type specimen: VNIGRI 4117/686, a shell. Its type locality is Levaya Boyarka River, outcrop 22, bed 5, Taimyr, which is in a Kimmeridgian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
