Type specimen: Azar 474 B, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Mdeyrij-Hammana (LU collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon.

Distribution: found only at Lebanese amber, Mdeyrij-Hammana (LU collection)
