Type specimen: USNM 157148. Its type locality is USNM 10711. In saddle immediately south of "0" in 8081,, which is in an Emsian carbonate limestone in the McColley Canyon Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution:

• Devonian of United States (2: Nevada collections)
