Type specimen: OU 11796, a cephalon/head (small, mostly exfoliated cranidium missing one posterior fixigena and palpebral lobe;). Its type locality is 99-13. U.S. Highway 99 Section, which is in a Turinian carbonate wackestone/floatstone in the Bromide Formation of Oklahoma.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore-detritivore
Distribution:
• Ordovician of United States (2: Missouri, Oklahoma collections)
