Type specimen: CNU-O-NN-2006011, a tegmen (pair of tegmina). Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection)
