Type specimen: NIGP 24141. Its type locality is YHW28, Jinding, Lanping County, which is in an Alaunian marine horizon in the Baijizu Formation of China.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at YHW28, Jinding, Lanping County
