Type specimen: CPUC/Q/SV/1455, a shell. Its type locality is San Vicente (locality SV, beds with concretions), which is in a Maastrichtian marine sandstone in the Quiriquina Formation of Chile.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at San Vicente (locality SV, beds with concretions)
