Belongs to Teichertia according to V. N. Shimansky 1975
Sister taxa: Teichertia prora, Teichertia similis, Teichertia tamulicus
Type specimen: PIN 1462/1a. Its type locality is Emdema, Caucasus, which is in a Danian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 261.2
Distribution:
• Paleocene of Kazakhstan (2 collections), the Russian Federation (3), Ukraine (1)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
