Sister taxon: Yakutionautilus angulatus
Type specimen: MGU 142/1, a shell. Its type locality is Nel'gekhe River, Adycha basin (ussuriensis zone, MGU), which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:
