Belongs to Reduvius according to J. Zhang et al. 1994
Sister taxa: Reduvius diatomus, Reduvius immitus, Reduvius piceus, Reduvius shandongianus
Type specimen: Shanwang Fossil Protection Post SK000570, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection SK (Shanwang Fossil Protection Post coll.), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Shanwang, Linqu County, collection SK (Shanwang Fossil Protection Post coll.)
