Type specimen: Cauble D 010. Its type locality is Dominican amber (Ron Cauble coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the La Toca Formation of the Dominican Republic.
Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (Ron Cauble coll)
