Type specimen: NHMM GK 933, a shell. Its type locality is Zeven Wegen, Vijlenerbosch (62D-15d), which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate chalk in the Gulpen Formation of the Netherlands.

Distribution:
• Cretaceous of the Netherlands (3 collections)
